In order to commemorate International Women's Day, I designed a set of stamps that symbolized some of our modern day feminist icons.
Frida Kahlo, Bell Hooks and Malala. I kept in mind that the stamps needed to be designed with the small scale in mind, but wanted to highlight the women's photographs. In order to do this I chose typefaces that would be easy to read from a distance, chose a triad color palette, and made the images duotone.
