Mercedes Sosa is an Argentine artist who combined folk music with her unique contemporary style.
This guided me to incorporate contemporary collage styles fromArgentina with elements of tradition. Researching this project, I listened to the music of Mercedes Sosa and her genre, folk music of Argentina. This research guided me to create a visual style appropriate and representative of her music.
